This training provides practical guidance on how to use accessibility checkers across common platforms to identify and address accessibility issues in digital content. It introduces tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, eLC/Ally, and web-based checkers, while explaining what these tools can detect, what they may miss, and why human review is still essential.

By the end of the training, participants will understand how to run accessibility checkers in commonly used tools, interpret results, prioritize fixes, and recognize the limitations of automated checking. Participants will also learn how accessibility checkers can support steady progress toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance for documents, presentations, course materials, and web content.
